
They say the best therapy is taking a break from routine. Anytime I’m in a rut or things feel stagnant, I always look into learning about or trying something new. I really think the concept of mixing it up is underrated- if the goal should be to try and become a better person, partner, parent, friend, colleague etc., then you have to keep growing. Learn and try new things in case you magically discover that it adds some kind of value to your life (even if for just a short time).
This month’s content embraces the act of taking a break from what we normally think we need or deem normal, to consider something new.
