You can find everything from Martha Stewart approved Meatless Monday recipes to the ultimate travel snacks to addictive, creamy and dairy-free fudgsicles.

Heidi Swanson loves cookbooks. So much so that she realized “When you own over 100 cookbooks, it is time to stop buying, and start cooking.” Her site is an extension and exploration of creating various wholesome, natural recipes from seasonal produce and often inspired by her travels. The cookbook obsession has come full circle; she’s written has two fantastic cookbooks herself.

Sprouted Kitchen is a family affair. Food blogger Sara Forte and her photographer husband Hugh create beautiful recipes using seasonal, fresh ingredients for everyday cooking. In addition to the site, they’ve put out two cookbooks with wonderful ideas on everything from healthy quick weeknight meals to veggie-filled feasts for entertaining.
